Warranty

DCI issues a standard lifetime warranty on all our installation labor. If we install it and it does not perform because of our work, we will repair it for the lifetime of that installed product. This is DCI's assurance to our clients that we stand behind our service.

Cabling System Certification

In a DCI implementation, every cable installed is tested, labeled, and certified as per the design specifications. This certification can also be done on existing cable plants previously installed by others. We constantly upgrade our test equipment to allow certification at the highest current standards. Contact us and we will assess your requirements and opportunities to best suit your needs. DCI honors all manufacturer warranties and offers a STANDARD LIFETIME WARRANTY on labor for ALL CABLES INSTALLED by DCI.

Documentation

DCI can provide a variety of documentation services including network diagrams, flow charts, written and electronic test data, floor plans, cable paths, cable inventories, and backbone diagrams. We offer electronic formats and CAD services.

Seven months and at least thirty floor plans ago, I was assigned to the “Greenway III Restacking” project. The project had already been in the development stage from several months so, by September I was late in stepping up to the table. The restacking schedule that I received at that point was a study in the juggling of time, space and labor such that I’ve never seen in my ten years in this company. The ensuig activity was surely one of the finest examples of teamwork and dedication I’ve ever had the pleasure of being invloved in. Every stage of each major move was miraculously completed on schedule with admirable accuracy. In addition, I’d have to write volumes to list HALF of the times that you or one of the crew went above and beyond expectations to help out or, in some instances, save the day. Instead, I’d like to simply extend my deepest gratitude to you, Ron P and Dave B for coordinating an excellent crew to meet near-impossible expectations.
